Justin Hartley
Award winning actor, producer, and director Justin Hartley can currently be seen starring on NBC’s critically acclaimed series “This Is Us” opposite Mandy Moore, Milo Ventimiglia, Sterling K. Brown and Chrissy Metz. Created by Dan Fogelman, “This Is Us” premiered in September 2016 and instantly broke ratings records. The series has since earned over 177 award nominations with 48 wins and counting.
Hartley’s performance as Kevin Pearson, one-third of the “big three,” has garnered multiple Critics Choice Award nominations for Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series (2019, 2020). Additionally, Hartley and his cast members won back-to-back SAG Awards for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series in both 2018 and 2019. Hartley was able to bring his directorial skills to the table in season four, helming one of the most heartfelt and emotional episodes in the series to date: episode 413 – “A Hell of a Week: Part Three.”
On the film front, Hartley was most recently seen in Craig Zobel’s “The Hunt,” opposite Emma Roberts, Hilary Swank, Betty Gilpin and Glenn Howerton. The feature thriller, also produced by Jason Blum and Damon Lindelof, serves as a satire on the profound political divide between the American left and right. Additional film credits for Hartley include: Universal’s “Little” (2019) opposite Issa Rae and Regina Hall, “A Bad Moms Christmas” (STX Entertainment) opposite Mila Kunis and Kristen Bell, “Another Time,” which he also Executive Produced, indie “Race you to the Bottom,” “Red Canyon,” “Spring Breakdown,” opposite Amy Poehler, Rachel Dratch, and Seth Meyers, “A Way with Murder,” opposite Michael Madsen, and the award-winning, boxing indie “The Challenger” for Vision Films.
Born in Knoxville, Ill., and raised in Orland Park, Ill., Hartley studied acting at Southern Illinois University Carbondale and University of Illinois at Chicago, majoring in history and theatre. In 2002, Hartley landed his first regular gig on the daytime soap “Passions,” a role he held until 2006. He went on to star as billionaire Oliver Queen (the Green Arrow) on the long running, hit CW series “Smallville.” Hartley was able to showcase his talents behind the camera as well, writing (“Sacrifice,” Season 9) and directing (“Dominion,” Season 10) two episodes. Hartley appeared on “Chuck,” “Castle,” and “Hart of Dixie” and returned to the CW as a series regular on the medical drama “Emily Owens, M.D.,” opposite Mamie Gummer. Hartley appeared on 12 episodes of ABC’s “Revenge,” 16 episodes of ABC’s summertime drama “Mistresses,” and taking over the role of Adam Newman in the long-running CBS soap opera “The Young and the Restless.” Hartley was nominated for a 2016 Daytime Emmy Award for Lead Actor in a Drama Series for his work on the show.
When Hartley isn’t working in front of the camera, Hartley can be found nourishing his recently launched production company, ChangeUp Productions, which recently inked a pod deal with 20th Century Fox Television. As an entrepreneur, he is a co-owner of Revel Spirits, trailblazing a new path in the world of agave spirits. On the charity front, Hartley is active in multiple organizations that support animal rescue across the nation, the enCourage Kids Foundation, The Water Project and serves on the board of Operation Therapy.
Ryan Field
Ryan Field is the 6pm and 11pm sports anchor weeknights on Eyewitness News.
Ryan joined WABC-TV after spending three years working as an Anchor/Host at Fox Sports 1 in Los Angeles. There, he hosted the network’s “FOX Sports Live”, “MLB on FOX” and “MLB WhipAround” programs. Prior to joining FS1, Field served as a correspondent for FOX Sports Detroit, where he was a host on Pistons, Tigers and Red Wings coverage from 2003 to 2013.
Ryan started his broadcasting career in his home state of Michigan as a reporter/producer with FOX affiliate WJBK-TV in Detroit and then sports director at FOX affiliate WSYM-TV in Lansing. He graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in journalism. His two decades of award-winning sports coverage include recognition with seven Michigan EMMY’s, including “Best Sports Anchor” in 2009 and 2012.
He currently resides in Manhattan.

They can usually be found entertaining their clients (United Nations, Mercedes-Benz, etc.) at high-end events across the country. They have shared the stage with Jennifer Hudson, Keith Urban, and other notable artists at some of these events. Their albums are always favorites on the jazz charts, and their shows are both fun and enchanting. Just prepare yourself, because these sassy artists love engaging their audiences!
Michele Hall-Duncan
President & CEO // enCourage Kids Foundation
Michele began her career at enCourage Kids as a volunteer and joined the program staff full-time in 1996. Having been hospitalized for a serious illness as a child, Michele felt a deep connection to the mission and quickly rose within the organization to oversee all programming. For more than two decades she has cultivated relationships with Child Life staff and all levels of hospital administration, and developed an integral understanding of trends in creative therapies and the ability to identify and meet the needs of our hospital partners. Combined, these attributes have helped Michele position enCourage Kids to be on the forefront of state-of-the-art programming in pediatric healthcare.
Michele is a member of Child Life of Greater New York (CLGNY) and serves on the Diversity Task Force for the Association of Child Life Professionals. Other affiliations include: Board Secretary and Chair of Governance for Children’s Specialized Hospital Foundation; Board Secretary of the New York City chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals where she also serves on the Professional Advancement Committee, as Chair of the Nominating Committee and as Chair of the Committee on Directorship; and Advisory Board member of one of the nation’s leading anti-bullying organizations, STOMP Out BullyingTM, from whom she received the Public Service Leadership Award in 2019. A native of Flint, Michigan, Michele is a proud graduate of Michigan State University with a B.A. in Advertising, and has been an active associate member of the Essex Hudson Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. for 10 years.

For private parties he comes to your home or venue & cooks, DJs & teaches while you eat, drink, learn, dance & sing! He recently flexed his culinary skills on Food Network by winning the highly challenging cooking competition TV show Cutthroat Kitchen.
