Jimmy Seargeant
Creative Director // Revel Spirits
Australian-born bartender Jimmy Seargeant has been in the industry for over 13 years. Before moving to Los Angeles in 2010, he was the bar manager at Sydney’s most successful restaurant/nightclub fusion, Hugo’s Lounge. During his time in Los Angeles, he has tended bar predominately for Houston Hospitality, working at No Vacancy, Por Vous, Good Times at Davey Waynes, Harvard & Stone’s R&D Bar and opening Butchers & Barbers in Hollywood.
Jimmy currently consults for WeHo Bistro and also heads up the content department of Revel Spirits, creating and photographing all original Revel Avila cocktails.
Tony Margiotta
President // Gladiator Wine Distribution
Tony Margiotta roams the less-travelled backroads of the Italian countryside in search of quality craft wines. He’s the President of Gladiator Wine Distribution, an importer of small artisanal wines handcrafted in Italy. He’s the author of "Hidden Gems of Italy,” winner of “The Best European Wine Book In The US” at the Gourmand International Book Competition. His wines have won numerous awards including double gold and silver medals at the New York International Wine Competition. His family comes from a small village called Montaquila in Southern Italy. And Mr. Margiotta has been traveling to Italy for 20 years immersing himself in Italian food, wine, and culture.
Roger Mulligan

Robert Mulligan is a charismatic bartender in NYC, experienced in high volume establishments and bar management. He’s been an integral part of opening four bars in the heart of Times Square and Chelsea, including Birreria at the rooftop Eataly. He has a vast knowledge of custom beer and cocktails.
